Heritage Web solutions is now posting press releases questioning the creditability of the web sites that allow consumers to bolow the lid off rip-odd companies like Heritage. They singled out usacomplaints.com as a scam and working with competitors to ruin the reputation of good companies. They even claim that some of the complaints are fabricated.
Their biggest claim is they have 10 's of thousands of customers with only a 1% complaint ratio. Well lets do the numbers Heritage, if that 1% number is even factual (Heritage has a reputation of lying and fabricating things on a regular basis) but if 50,000 customers have been serviced by them then 500 customers have been ripped off right. Well how many customers who have paid for a service they didn't get is OK according to you? I think and many will agree 1 is too much, plus what about those people who did not complain because they were just disgusted? Or threatened by youR loud mouth legal beagle.
You remember the lawyer who sends out threatening letters to people who complain publicly. What about those people who got sub-standard web designs?
What about all those ex-employees who wrote in calling you a swet shop only interested in pumping out sites as fast as you can with a ratio of 10 sales people to each designer.
What about the requirement that each designer complete a custom site at a rate of 4-to-5 a day (can anyone design 5 custom sites start to finish in one day?

How about all the hosting charges people pay while you are delaying the completion of their sites?
Do the numbers (A 3 HUNDRED DOLLAR SITE PLUS 6 MONTHS HOSTING CHARGES AT $ 60 DOLLARS A MONTH = $660.00 PLUS ALL THE NICKLE AND IME CHARGES YOU FORCE ON PEWOPLE) at the rate you charge for hosting many people are paying an additional 5 to 6 hundred dollars for hosting before the site goes live! That is considered ok by you but that increases the actuaL COST OF THE SITE DOESN'T IT?
What about those people who complain about the quality of the work, how many were shut down because they complained?
