I went to this site and began filling out all the forms, I decided to abort somewhere in the process and did not use their service. I found on my bank statement the debit of 5.00 which I was clueless who this company was.
I went to their site and it said you had 45 days and you could have a refund no questions asked. On 06/06/07 I called their phone number and left voice mail, I also e mailed through their site and my yahoo address. Not hearing anything I did the same on 06/12/07 including in my e mail that if I was not contacted I would be complaining to places like the Better Business Bureau.
I contacted them on the 44th day when it was 06/06/07. I have yet to recieve a response from the company.
