I was being charged 9.95 a month on my credit card bill from Shopping essentials. After numerous times trying to contact them, they told me that a I was enrolled thru "Pyramid Collections" (a catalog that I ordered a dress from). All they would do is refund one month charge. When I called the Pyramid Collections they pretty much said that since I did my order online I must have "clicked" on something that signed me up and that there was nothing they can do, that I had to contact essentials. I have to wait for my next bill to see if they credited me and discontinued charging me.
