So I suggested, with the board of Directors, that we could have a DISPATCH AGENT in the US who we could send all the letters in envelopes in one whole big package, then when you get them you could dispatch them to their individual locations in the US. The cost of the shipment and every other bills would be cleared by us. Whenever a package is sent to you, Money would be enveloped an addressed to you and and the money you would be using in sending out this mails included with the letters you would be dispatching also.
So all you need to do when you get the package, take the letters and have them sent at a UPS location. For every dispatch, you would be paid $200, and you would be doing this once in a week. Your payment would be enclosed in an envelope together with the other packages and would have your name on it.
I would be glad if you accept my proposal and I intend to commence on the project as soon as you are ready. If you are interested, please do properly fill out the attached Application form, then we shall make the concluding arrangements.
