I have been a member of IMVU for nearly 2 years now. I have enjoyed spending my free time there. I purchased my Access Pass to allow myself to view and use the "restricted" items in question. IMVU has now removed most of these items stating they are in violation of their rules and also stating that these rules were clearly posted for all to see. (In the fine print, which sadly I never read) (Futhermore, you cant tell me they didnt notice these items until now) They informed Access Pass users that they most submit a claim and it will be reviewed and possibly reimbursed with promotional credits within 30 days. As I stated I am a regular user of this site and have spent a few hundred American Dollars to purchase credits to buy products from IMVU. A good 25-30% of those purchases were of the restricted items that have been taken from me. And a reimbursement of promotional credits is just unacceptable. They only have value on IMVU. I did a rough estimation and found that I should be entitled to at least 60,000 credits and quite possibly much more. Lets say I had 20 items taken, and lets say I paid on average about 3,000 credits for each item, that totals 60,000. I know IMVU owes many many more people like myself as much credits and possibly more, so I am understanding for the wait to process my reimbursement. But I am also very upset like many other members and still hoping they will just return my stolen items!
