I too am a victim of Roma Computer solutions. They actually got me twice. I was signed up for the Roma program and i was told i needed an account number for them to bill. I was also told that they needed a cancelled check to verify this. I was also told at the time i did not need to supply an account for Card Service (the on-line credit card company) also sharing the seminar. I was not sure of a website idea and they said i could wait to enable the on-line credit card system.
Well, in about 3 months from signing up for this, i start getting $35.00 deducted from my account. This was done by Card service. I didnt even give card service any information. I found out later that they used the same check number as Roma Computer Solutions. Seems that Card service got the account number form Roma. Sounds like a scam to me. I continued to get billed for $35.00 a month (admin fees!) for the six month period. I then got "renewed" even after i told them i was done. It took alot of phone calls to finally get the card service account stopped. They wouldnt even give me any money back.
I also was mislead by the "kickback" option of Roma. It never happens.
