Complaint / review text:
I spent $50 on 500 gold for world of warcraft. After 6 days I contacted the company for the 3rd time. I was told my gold was sent to me, and I would receive it within 24 hours. 24 hours later still no gold.
When I attempted to talk to them again I got the responce, and I quote "Thank you for your business. According to our system, your purchased products have been delivered to you and the order is now completed. Could you please double check with your mailbox in the game? Thank you for your cooperation."
I still have not received my 500 gold, or the 2% bonus they promised me after 48 hours.
The company has gone so far as to send me a screen shot of them mailing me the gold, the only problem is they do not display what server they are in, and according to HTTP://armory. Worldofwarcraft.com/, which has a character list of all WOW players, the player who sent me the gold does not exist.
NOT A GOOD BUY! They are the cheapest, but they don't deliver.
