Eaglebit advertised a sidewinders case with a $30. Rebate. I satisfied the rebate requirements 100% and they state I did not send the required information. I have gone round and round with this company with a follow-up fax of the required information again. I am very disappointed this company cannot follow up and honor rebates they advertise.
