I ordered a phone faceplate w / screwdriver, twenty bucks. Not a big purchase but do I expect to get what i paid for! Ground shipping to florida where am at, (3-8 days) 10 days pass, so I send an email asking the status of my order, but no reply.
Waited patiently longer than called them, they tell me they dont have it in stock, its on backorder, will be another week. Now its been 3 weeks, I tried calling them back and the line is busy - alll theee ttimmee! Then I check the internet to see if other people has a problem with this company, — im not the only one, over a dozen people posted on this website alone, same exact problem. I see this happens often with elite extreme. (I called up my credit card company to remove this bill.)
P.S. I had ordered a new phone from a different website, that same day, in 3 days I received my phone, not a F*! Ing month. Besides, if "elite extreme" doesnt have something in stock, they should post it on their site, I would've shopped somewhere else. I've seen posts of people havent received what they order in months. Anyway, if your reading this, its probably too late, they got you too?
