I ordered a faceplate for my cellphone on 7/9/09 and after a month of waiting I called and was told it was on backorder. I emailed the company wondering what was going on asking why I wasn't emailed and told it was backordered.
After being told it should be there in at least 2 weeks. Two weeks went by and I called to update the process and was told it was not there yet... Still on backorder. After waiting another week... I called again and the supervisor of customer service who identified herself as Sarah was rude to me and told me it was still on backorder.
I informed her I just wanted a refund. I called on 9/11/09 and was told by her a refund was in the process and it would be mailed to me instead of putting the money back on my debit card. Today is 9/28/09 and still I have not seen any refund on my debit card or in the mail. I am not happy.
