Received email from Blizzard that account was closed because of use of third party software. Responded to email that I do not use a third party software program, They respond back that yes I did. Asked Blizzard what third party software I used? Their response is "they can not disclose what third party software was used"
I think if you are accusing someone of something you should be able to provide proof. Requested refund of subscription paid, was told all monies are forfeited. No one at Blizzard is willing to talk to you, they simply provide boiler plate answers with no recourse.
