I am a customer who play the Diablo 3 which come Blizzard Entertainment. This morning my account was banned by Blizzard Entertainment. After that, I called the company and want to make clearly what happened, but the customer service in Blizzard Entertainment only repeated that banned my account due to I used the third part software, when I continue asked them providing me the evidence and detail, they only said: `it is our policy never to reveal details regarding account investigations, beyond the information given in the original notice mail, for privacy and security reasons.` Which means do can not provide any effective document which can prove I breach any policy of Blizzard Entertainment. During the gaming, I never used any third party application while playing, and All I did was repeatedly farm Warrior's Rest for several hours last night, I promise on my personality and life that I would be punished by Law and God if I tell a lie.
So could you please check this event and give me a response? Because I am from Australia, it is hard to find some way to communicate with you by phone, so please contact me with email. Thanks a lot for your support.
