Thinking of buying off liquidation.com? Think again.
I recently had a very bad experience with this company. It is an auction based company. I purchased one lot of hard drives. Tracking number they provided to me showed 4 boxes of 55lbs each. Total weight on their listing showed 220lbs.
I only received 3 of them so I thought there should be one more package to come. Next day I decided to open up one box. I went through the drives. Noticed that some of them were not as described.
Next day I finished going through them and noticed that more than half of the merchandise was wrong. I thought to file a dispute. The dispute was turned down because I passed the 48 hr inspection. How can they start counting the inspection time when I didn't receive the entire order?
I contacted them to let them know that I only received 3 packages. I don't know if there is something they did, but now the tracking number only shows one package delivered. They did not respond to my e-mails anymore.
I strongly advise whoever reads this post, to take their business eslewhere, because I wouldn't want anyone else to get ripped off as I did.
Thanks
