I ordered the free CD rom disc and paid 1.99 shipping. My understanding was i had 14 days to examine this before becoming a member. The disc was sent out 3/24/07. I have not received this CD as of 4/6/07.
Today 4/6/07 this company charged to my credit card 49.99 as a monthly charge. I called them and they flatly refused to refund this money and said that there is nothing I can do about it and that they will be taking 49.99 each month.
My husband called back and this guy he talked to refused to even listen to us.
We are not interested in becoming a memeber since we did not get the CD. We were charged membership fees before we had the CD.
We are having our bank cancel this billing and also they are turning this company over to the investigative people who are going to inestigate this scamming company.
