National Mother Board Shortage! Slow prossessing the business that doesn't give a dam

I have been waiting over one month for a computer fix. After 3 weeks, it was decided I needed a new "mother board" Today, I was told that by Wednesday, they might know why no one is working on my problem. Not that action might be taken, but it will take two days to figure out why no one is working on getting my computer fixed
Viscom Technology Group, Inc. I purchased from ShopMSNBC. I will never purchase anything from them again. Apparently, they do not check the vendors they use.
