Web.com false advertising, selling product not able to use, ripoff, product descefancy

Ought there product called site builder & hosting suite, supposively it helps you build a site and host it for 1 year free of charge until you try to use it then it tells you, you need a credit card and its a 2 year agreement with an early termination fee of $75 it does not say any of this on the box
