Charged and mailed new programs I did not request. Ripoff Internet

I completed a form to obtain a video to learn a computer program and they charged me for shipping. The next thing I know they are charging me for additional video's that I never requested. I had my charge card changed so that they can no longer charge. The bad thing is that the videos were sent to my new property but I do not live there yet. They have a 30 day money back guarantee. I called and they told me too bad (not in those words).
