Software did not work. I was late canceling and there are no refunds or cash back. $350 for a disk (did not work!), and 4 pieces of paper! Unused product, did not register. Should not be charged for defective, unused, unwanted product! Offered to return items, they demanded payment even if item is unusable or returned! I am being threatened with a collection agency.
