I have cancelled their service four times and have been given confirmation codes each time. I just checked my statement today, and they did it again. Charged me for their service~
These guys have GOT be be dealt with!!! Now I need to call again and RE-cancel.
Horrible, horrible company to deal with.
They must be starving for business in the age of DSL and non-dial up internet services.
