We ordered a Sony High Definition video camera two weeks ago by telephone. We never got a confirmation # or a tracking # Credit card was charged the day the order was placed. Have not received order. Called company they are never available. Finally got through today and without even giving them my name, I was told my credit card was not charged and to cancel the order. I did not have my order # available, so they said, next time call prepared and hung up. How did they know my credit card had not been charged, I did not even have time to give them my name. This company is a rip off. They take your money and you do not get your order. They need to be put out of business.
I have read the reviews of some people being backordered because they wouldnt order their accessories, but we ordered the camera and the accessories and still have not received anything from them. Maybe if enough people get together this company can be put out of business.
I kept telling him yes credit card had been charged, he kept telling me no it had not, and he didnt even have my name, so that told me right there that this company is a rip off company and something needs to be done to put them out of business.
DO NOT order from this company!!
