Info Search Media is a rip off! I got a call from their marketing person, and of course she was quite good on the phone, and kept hounding me to sign up for their SEO program and it was so much better than anything else on the market, because they provide content to get you a higher placement on the search engines.
Well what they supplied was something a 10 year old could do, I was expecting something with some real writing skills in it. No chance of that. Well it got posted on my site and they charged me their smallest fee of $279.00 a month, well after about 2-3 months I told them I was not getting placement under the key words we put together, they told me that they did not understand Why I was not, and asked me to hang in there with them, for a while more and of course they are still charging me the monthly fee.
So after about 5 months of that I told them no longer allowed them to charge my credit card this fee any more, enough was a enough and I wanted to exercise the money back policy the young lady on the phone was telling me all about, how they would refund my money if I did not get placement.
Well is has been almost 2 years now I did not get one dime back, but I get these weekly calls from a collection agency trying to collect the balance of their contract, and they are telling me I owe them a additional $1800.00. I asked why would I pay more money to someone who is not and had not perform the promise they had to begin with, and why are they not refunding me my money for the time and money they wasted. I demanded that they refund my money and I was the victim here not them. Why are they still expecting payment from me when they did not earn the first 5 months of the fees I paid them.
GEE I am not that dumb, but common sense tells me not to continue to pay someone who does not perform, would be like paying someone to cut your grass while it grew over up over your head.
