Ripoff no payout when minimum was reached, no reply to emails

Having reached the minimum payout required by 7th heaven ptr a payout button was supposed to become available. After almost two weeks there is still no payout button even though my account is over the minimum payout amount of $27.00.

I have sent numerous emails to them with no response.
