I filed two rebate requests offered on a monitor I purchased in November. One rebate was for 10$, the other 70$. Both required similar paperwork. They accepted and processed the 10$ rebated with no issues. So unlike other games they have played with consumers on filling out the forms a certain way, they had no issues with my work on the forms. However they have not responded to my 70$ rebate request. I have emailed them over three times and they send back one standard cookie cutter email.
Both rebates requests were sent at the same time so what is the deal, lost it - refused to process... Does it really matter, if they really cared to offer adequate customer service they would have at least worked to resolve my problem and get my check out to me.
