On October 6, I placed an order with Law Research Group. As of February 12 I have yet to receive an explanation for my unfilled order, or a refund, in spite of repeated efforts to contact the company via phone and email. I have contacted other customers via an associated website, and this is a habitual, long-standing practice by Law Research Group and the people in charge of the company's affairs. Jason Whitney is the one person who's name I know. He has contacted me 3 times with 3 different excuses and promises to get my order out, but thus far, I have not order.
When I wrote about my problem on the associated website, in the forum for "Service Providers", I was banned from the forum permanently, and so were other unsatisfied customers.
