I purchased their kit in December. Recevied kit 12/28.installed c/d on 12/30. Once we were on their site, they keep trying to add more charges and we kept telling them no.
To see their 'warehouse merchandise' you had to buy into the warehouse. We did. That's when we found out that their prices for us to buy were much more than they lead to believe.
When I called on 1/2/07 told them I wanted everything canceled I was at first pushed to buy more. When I told them no, their prices were much higher than you can go to the store and get, they said sure, about 110%. Told them I wanted to cancel and wanted my money back from the warehouse purchase they said ok.
Needless to say they haven't done and said they can refund upgrades. We told them we just paid for it on the 12/30 and it was now 1/2/07. Needless to say no refund yet.
Now my Credit card company is trying to help.
