US Auto Parts Train Terrible Customer Service, Refused to cancel order, refused refund then delayed refund for 30 days!

I ordered parts for my Honda to be repaired over the phone with this company. I was first promised a delivery date of 2-4 business days. I called back 3 hours later to make an adjustment to my order and was told it was too late and the order had already been shipped with a delivery date of 13 business days later. I asked for a manager and was refused. I persisted and spoke with a "supervisor" by the name of Mary. She said she could only cancel the order and by this time that is all I wanted to do. She told me I could expect a refund in 24-48 hours.

I called the next day, Thursday, and spoke with again a "supervisor" Cody, and he said he cannot process a refund without getting the parts back and receiving an inspection report??? They never left the warehouse!!! He claimed they had but were in route back to the warehouse. I also asked why I had to wait an inspection report when I never touched the parts. This is their procedure... Bla bla Expect my refund tomorrow.

I called again and by this time a weekend had passed, and spoke to Lex. Lex refused to let me speak with anyone else and asked me why would I order parts and then cancel them?

I called again, and spoke with Chris. Again claiming to be a "supervisor" and he told me they hadnt received the parts yet. I started all over and explained they never left the warehouse and even provided my tracking number with confirmation that they were still in the warehouse. He told me I had to request a refund through their accounting department... Refused a manager and hung up on me!

I called again, this time Patrick put me through to another "supervisor" named Camilla. She first told me the order was not canceled and that the parts will be delivered in 5 days. I gave her my tracking numbers, ect... And then she said it would take 30 days for my credit card to be refunded. It only took them 21 minuts to debit my account... Why 30 days???

I think this company should be stopped! They even claim to be part of the BBB and refuse refunds on an order canceled 3 hours after it was made??? It is causing my family a huge financial hardship to have to wait 30 days for a refund on a purchase that was never expedited to begin with. As a single mother of 4, I thought I was being cautious by making sure they were part of the BBB, but that doesnt always mean the company should be trusted.

Dont buy parts from this company! The discounts they claim to have is made up for in overly high shipping prices, the customer service is terrible, and if your order has a mistake, dont count on them to make it right!
