Lied, deceived, ignored, dishonest policies, tried to scam more Ripoff

I wanted to start downloading music from the internet, but I didn't want to do so illegally. After some research, I found a couple of sites that I wanted to check out that offered music downloads legally. With most music site, you're required to pay a membership fee upfront before becoming a member. The first site I joined used software called 360 SharePro, which as is turned out, was not compatible with my own security software. This meant I couldn't even download it to begin using my service. I wrote them and explained the problem and was given a full refund. (minus a processing fee)

Not wanting to get burned again, the next site I chose I decided I would write them first, asking them if they used the software 360 SharePro. They replied stating they didn't use that software, so like a fool, I took their word for it and joined their membership. That was my first mistake, and what happened next is where the real misery began.

I paid my required membership fee and proceeded to download the software needed to start downloading music. Turns out, the software was indeed the same 360 SharePro software they claimed they didn't use. Being very angry, I sent them an e-mail right away, explaining to them that they lied to me about their software and demanded a refund. Several e-mails back and forth explaining the same thing over and over, they finally agreed and promised me a refund. First they needed my membership number to process the refund, which I sent. A week later, no refund and another e-mail back to them. They replied by asking for my confirmation number and the last 4 digits of the credit card I used in order to complete the refund.

I sent them the information only to receive another e-mail stating they had no records of my purchase. They also wanted me to fax them a copy of my statement proving my purchase, so they then could process my refund. I refused to do so, but sent them an e-mail explaining that I wouldn't give them that personal information, but I would type the purchase for them exactly the way it appeared on my statement. Have not heard from them since and I refuse to deal with their BS any longer.in their FAQ'S section on their website, it clearly states the if you are not satisfied with their service, they offer a money back guarantee within the first 56 days of your purchase and will offer a full refund.

I got scammed and will never receive a refund. That's okay, I'll chalk it up to a hard lesson learned. I would just be grateful to get the word out about this company and let other people know to stay clear from this site and don't make the same mistake I did. Thank you for your time.
