Never received my refund

On April 3 I purchased the Opal Software online. After many unsuccessful tries with the software I sent this email to the company:

I was not able to download, open, or use the merchandise. Please refund my purchase price. Thank you.

On that same day, the company's reply was this:

Please try to download it one more time. Please make sure you understand what folder you are choosing in the beginning of your downloading process. Please go to that folder after download completed and click on the
file that you just downloaded.

After you've done your downloading and installation process please press START button in the lower left corner of your screen. Then please press ALL PROGRAMS and find OpenOffice folder right there. You will
be able to launch all programs from there.

On April 4 my reply was:

I'm sorry but I tried several more times and still was not able to do anything with the program. Please refund the purchase price. Thank you.

On that same day, they replied:

Please provide us with your shipping address and we will send you CD at no additional cost.

Then on that same day, I replied:

No, thank you. I've already found something else for free that's working out just fine. On your website you state "If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase just email us and we will refund 100% of your purchase price."
Please issue me a prompt refund. Thank you.

There was no reply to this email so on April 9 I sent another email stating:

Have you issued me a refund for the purchase price yet?

On April 10 the company's reply was:

Your refund will be processed within 15 days.

On April 23 I wrote to the company stating:

It has been 2 weeks and I still have not received my refund. What is taking so long? It didn't take 15 days for the company to charge my credit card. It shouldn't take 15 days to get my money back.

That was the last of our correspondence. To this day, May 23, I have neither heard from the company or received my refund.
