We ordered a roomba robot vacumn for $287.00. We received an ATT telephone. ECost ordered us to return the telephone at our expense within 10 days, insured at 100% value (we don't even know the value since we didn't order it).
We were told that when they receive it back properly packaged and insured, we can re-order the roomba or we could re-order it anytime but our credit card would be again charged. We immediately notified our credit card company and put the amount in dispute.
I don't think we owe them postage and insurance for something we never ordered. The telephone is a multiple phone systen and fairly heavy so I envision at least $30 in charges. I intend to talk to them again and request a supervisor because this is unreal.
