On 9/13/05 I was charged $70.00. I called net zero for tech help. I could not get on line at the time. The tech did try very hard to help me out. The problem I had with the tech was I could hardly understand him, even thuogh he tried very hard to help me. After 10 minutes I was frustrated I thanked him, and still could not get online. I called back and got a different tech, this young lady also tried very hard to help, but unfortunatly she also could not get me online. Though thay tried very hard the one thing thay did not tell me, I should have my modem looked at.
I took my PC to a repair shop told him what was not happing with my CP, and the first thing he said was it was my modem. He was suriprised that the techs at netzero did not tell me that the modem was not connecting.
I now feel that even though the tech tried, I feel that I was charged a lot of money for nothing. I hope someone at netzero can help me out with this bill THANKS
