I didn't ever order weight loss product from this company or any of its connected ones such as hoodia as I found in previous entries and have now been charged 74.95 as of 1/8/07.
I called the customer service number and attempted to get a person and the computer system wouldn't even accept my full credit card number to get past it. I eventually received notice on the phone message that I would have to contact them via email at [email protected]. This email address is different customer service email from what previous reporters have given. It, however, also ended with a returned email saying that I did not have authorization to send mail to that email address.
I have called my bank's consumer protection and fraud division and initiated a fraud investigation. They will issue me a new debit card and return the money to my account.
