I ordered the "American Drug Index 2007" which is described as 'New Hardcover Issue' with 'Description: CD-ROM included'. I received only the CD-ROM. Customer Service informed me that there is a mistake on their web page and although the page states this is a hardcover issue with CD-ROM included, it should only state CD-ROM, not hardcover. The company refuses to honor the items and price on their site. Customer service stated that if the book were included, they would basically be giving me $75.
Normally when a company has a misprint in their advertising, they honor it. I was given the option of keeping the CD with no book, or returning it for a refund. I would like to have what I ordered. That so-called misprint has not been corrected as of yet.
