Tvaddicts advertise dvd's of good quality on their site at reasonable prices. I ordered the complete show "Picket Fences" from them (especially as it is not available anywhere else). It was expensive $200 with $125 shipping costs, as I live in South Africa.
They sent me an awful set of cracked and useless dvd's.in the cases where the dvd's were watchable, they were of poor quality, in the incorrect order, without episode guides and without breaks between episodes. (All things promised on their site).
I cannot call them from South Africa and they basically don't respond to emails. They are unwilling to refund my purchase or take any responsibility for their lies and cheating.
Couldn't some-one in the USA call them for me at least, try and do something about this and especially try to put this crooks out of business? I see now there is other complaints. I thought your country is a great consumer conscious driven society, can't you do something about them?
