On Dec. 28 I bought from tvaddicts. Tv Who's The Boss the Complete Series on DVD, this show hasn't came out yet, so I thought they were selling DVDs taped from the TV, I knew that and I didnt care, I just wanted to watch my favorite show! Anyway one week later they sent me an e-mail telling me that my order was "backordered", i used their "Live Support"about 3 times and they always tolde that I will receive my order in about a week.
I has been a month and so, and no answer from them, they took out any ways of communication with them and I haven't received my order yet! I dont think about a refund, that's almost impossible looking at how I got ripped off, but at least I want my order shipped, I dont care if they are poor quality or not, I just want to watch my favorite show!!
