I order a few items for which I got charge immediatelly. Over two months later I have not received all of the items. Very Frustrating. I Called several times and got hanged up on. I emailed them over 10 times and so far seem not to know that there is something wrong with the purchase. I have email the CEO (Hayes, William H.) and nothing has been done about it.
They seem not to care and I was told that if I want a refund they will charge me a percetage of the transaction (re-stocking fee) even thoght the items have not even been shipped. This company should be put out of business ASAP. We DO NOT deserve this.
