I ordered a trial kit, which I thought to contain information about the program. The trial kit came to me as nothing but installation software. The "kit" states that in order to start the program, you need to put in the cd (which I never did, nor did I visit the online site to start it that way). It also states that the cd has information about a 14 day free trial.
I noticed a charge just over a month after ordering the kit. When I called, I spoke with a man who was not easy to understand, and I had to ask him to repeat himself several times. He told me that the program is activated at the time of ordering. He told me that he would reverse the charge of 49.95 because I was still in a 70 day trial period, or something like that, but it would take 14 business days to do. We'll see if the money is actually refunded.
Their policy on the trial kit and the policies that they follow are clearly not the same. I believe that this company needs to be clear on it's program. A customer should not walk away feeling cheated, tricked and swindled.
