Ordered 'free' CDs from Think All Publishing offer. Advertised to only pay the price of shipping and handling $2.50.
Received 4 outdated CDs.
Was informed by my bank of $49.90 charge by Think All that caused overdraft.
Called Think All, spoke w / Jenna. She stated that by ordering 2 'free' CDs, I also received 2 not free CDs. I was then told that I only had 10 days to return for refund, and the 10 days was up.
Asked to speak w / supervisor. Was told supervisor would email me. She did and said basically the same thing.
I replied that I would be returning the CDs for a refund.
This is a rip off that I only now found out about by reading reports on rip-off and reseller.
