Bought a group of parts for a computer system July. Which included 7 rebates for a total of $230. Sent in all info correctly and was sent all confirmed by return email. Rebates never paid.
Contacted onrebate and was told next friday, never happened. Called tiger and talked to pedro. [email protected].
Emailed him all info he was to call onrebate, never heard from them. Called ronrebate and talked to another Pedro, came story, next Friday, never happened.
Called tiger direct again talked to a Steve (customer service)
no help.
Found consumer complaints, one guy was communicating with a Nadina Urdaneta at onrebate. I emailed her, email kicked back to me cannot deliver, Bad address???
To this date I have emailed both Tigerdirect and onrebate many times, and have called both, with no responce from them.
I hope somebody can make them responsible for their rebates!
