Had been using this company for two years. At the end of each year the domain name expires with the understanding AIT would notify users. They don't, but willingly charge for web hosting services even though the domain is no longer active.
Also had acccount set up for a client for web services, when the client cancelled, AIT was notified in writing, email and by phone but still are trying to charge for the account.
Worst web hosting company on the face of the earth.
