Shipment from swap sell trade LOST... Called got recording or phone service. Filled out customer service form no reply. Emailed and when I tried to send a second or 3rd Email, email no longer valid. Finally got reply 5 months later and asked for completed breakdown of shipment. Replied with all inform and when I did not get a reply I re Emailed and the email was no loner valid. As of now almost 7 months later I am still out over $300.00..
