After my trial period expired, I was asked to subscribe, which I did for one year. I got confirmation that my charge went through, but when I tried to log in, again I was asked to subscribe. There are no telephone numbers on the website, only 2 email addresses, both of which did not return any of my emails.
I also thought that by using paypal, I was protected, but they told my that they do not cover this, because it is a "virtual" product.
