Refund, rip-off internet

I requested a full refund for the following:

Membership type: Lifetime Full & Unlimited Access for a total of 26.77 $ USD
Pro Version Upgrade - Movie Codec Pack for a total of 14.95 $ USD
NetSpyProtector Option - Protect yourself from malware for a total of 9.88 $ USD

Grand total: 51.6 $ USD.

I found at total of 6 songs I would be interested in downloading. The site is awful. No wonder they don't let you browse the library before making you pay for membership! I sent my request 11/1 and was told that I would receive a response in 24 hours. It's been 5 days and I've heard nothing. When you go to the site it tells you you can't even send another email if you already have one open. I have no way to contact them again to ask what the status is.
