Ripped me off for items I did not order overcharged ripoff

I Ordered free downloads for tv series Lost At 0.66 A month & was told it was legal. Tues 20th June when the bill came up with 2 years full & unlimited access for 15:84 pro version upgrade movie codec pack for 7:97 & netspy protector option For 7:88 none of which I wanted. So was charged a total of 31:68 funny 0.66p A month a total rip off & I have found no way of contacting them via phone or net. Can you Help? Thanks.
