Vistaprint
Fraud, scam, gave personal info without my permission

Several months ago I started seeing a charge on my bank statement for $12.95, (AP9 connections). I finally saw a phone number next to the business name and called it. It instructed my to cancel my membership by hitting a series of numbers on my phonepad, which I did.

This month I see they have charged me again, only now its #13.95. I again called the toll free number and this time waiting for quite some time to speak to a "live" operator. Ryan informed me that he would cancel my membership. I told him what membership? I had never joined any club. He then told me I got this through Vistaprint.com. He said when I placed the order I must have "clicked" a banner offering a 10.00 discount. I advised I did not, but even if I did, how did he get my bank info?

I then insisted on speaking with a supervisor to get as many of these charges refunded. Terry agreed again to cancel my membership and issue a credit for the last 3 months. We will see!

I then called Vistaprint and went off on them explaining my ordeal. The lady said she would make sure to cancel my membership. I then asked for the CEO of VISTAPRINT and she gave me 781-890-8434. Next was so strange, I called told the operator that I needed to speak to the CEO and without any questions transfered me. It was a recording for Mr. Coon? So I left a very long and detailed message, along with my name and phone number.

Now we wait, for the refund, the phone call, and another charge?
