I had ordered magnetic door sign and business cards from vistaprint. I periodically check my credit card info and found a charge for $14.95. It was posted as VPCLUBUS. I immediately searched the phone number listed with it. It pulled up as Vistaprint rewards. I did not sign up for this. It says it is a membership and you get 10 dollars back.
I started using vistaprint 11 months ago. I have never received $10. I did call the number and asked to cancel my account and for a refund. The first customer service person offered only to refund the $14.95. I insisted on talking to a supervisor. The sup said it would probably be 3 days for it to be credited... Totaling $164.45. She also gave me her name and id number.
These kind of companies find it profitable and adulteratingly appropriate to live by the slogan "buyer beware". That is the slogans consumers should live by... Not a motto for the company to operate by. The do not and will not be satisfied with offering products that stand by themselves in quality.
