I purchased a cellular phone for $140 on the myrateplan.com website in October. The phone was advertised as being free after rebates with the service plan I purchased. I timely submitted the two $70 rebate claim forms with all required documentation in May. The claims were acknowledged and numbers assigned. No defect in them was indicated. After 6 months of waiting, they still have not been paid. My two email messages have not been answered.
