This is not a real company. They provide no service and this Joseph Brickler, really does act like the sound of his name he's a prick. He's lucky I would never visit OH, because if I did, I would smack this crazy old man.
If you can avoid having this company service any of your tech problems, please do so. No one actually listens to your tech problem, all they do is send out fake technicians (probably new companies that have no idea what they are doing and are brand new, or hire people not qualified to do the job.
These new companies are probably in desperate need for business and are willing to work with fake companies like national it) Hopefully all the other warranty companies become aware of this and avoid contacting fake companies like national it as a vender.
