I sent in 2 rebate forms on June 1st. There was an issue with the form but we had that all corrected by June 22nd 2006. To date, I have still not received by rebate check even though they say I am approved. I have talked to customer service at TigerDirect and have been told to contact OnRebate. When I call OnRebate I get stuck in auto-attendant hell. I have yet to speak to a real person at OnRebate.
As a last resort, I copied all of my documents and sent them to the Attorney General of Iowa. If nothing else, it will bring the situation to their attention in the event others are having a similiar problem with Tiger Direct.
