This company stole a copyright protected photo from my site, and has published it at least 7 times on their site. I contacted them repeatedly, asking them to remove it, and they refuse. I also sent a cease & desist letter, and they ignored it. I am going to pursue litigation, because they are making a profit by having my photo on their site. I have all documentation, & proof of ownership. They are difficult to contact, and don't respond to contact attempts, including certified mail. They stole my original work, without compensating me, or asking permission. There are laws about this.
