I went into this shop and looked around and was amazed at what they were doing.
They actually take copyrighted art work and put them on tee-shirts - including Pro sports logos. And they know what they are doing is wrong - because they keep the Pro Sports shirts in the back. This includes NCAA logos. They sell them for $9.99, which goes to show they are rip-offs. Licensed apparrel is priced much higher than that.
The NFL and NBA and others need to take a good look at these guys.
